This one has come a long way, but finally is here. Long story short, one day, I was checking out fallout 4 and saw the ripper. Not go into much detail, but I was kinda shocked, it looked nothing like the Fallout 3 one. I always liked how it looks and plays, so I decided, what I need to do. I modeled everything in blender 3d, baked all maps on substance painter, with almost no bugs to fix in PS. Added base materials and colors in Substance painter and everything else in PS.
